2005-Feb-25: Founder of gpl-violations.org gives seminar at European Commission

Today, Mr. Harald Welte, founder of the gpl-violations.org project, was invited to give a seminar on Free Software, GPL licensing and especially his experience with GPL enforcement at the European Union.

This seminar was organised by the unit Software Technologies and Distributed systems of the DG Information Society and Media. This unit is in charge of FOSS aspects in the IST programme.
